Summer Reading Club is here!
Teens and Tweens entering grades 5 through 12 in September are invited to join this year’s Teen Summer Reading Club at the Oyster Bay-East Norwich Public Library. Read and report on at least three books to be entered into the Bonus Raffle Drawing and receive an invitation to the End of Summer Party at the end of August. Registration begins on Monday, June 30th.

Wednesdays – July 16, 23, 30, August 6, 2008 – Book Buddies – 11:15 am – 11:45am
(read books to younger children for Community Service credit, sign up starts June 1)
(If this is your first time doing Book Buddies, be sure to come a few minutes early, to learn the ropes.)
Friday – July 4, 2008 – TAB meeting – CANCELLED (Library closed July 4th)
Monday – July 7, 2008 – Babysitting Program – 2:00p – 4:00pm

We are getting some gaming gear! An XBox 360 and a Nintendo Wii!
Due to this awesome event, we will kick off the summer with a series of Young Adult gaming parties. There will be a separate sign-up for each session. First-come, first served!
**Teens will be put in 5 groups 4 players each**
**Each group will have about 25 minutes of game play**
**We will draw to see which team goes when**
**Free snacks and soda**
**Bring your friends, and meet some new ones**
Session 1… Wednesday July 23, 2008 … 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Session 2 … Wednesday July 30, 2008 … 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Session 3 … Wednesday August 6, 2008 … 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Session 4 … Wednesday August 20, 2008 … 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Session 5 is reserved for members of the Summer Reading Club and Book Buddies,
this will be our End of Summer Party!
So be sure to sign up for the Teen Summer Reading Club, or Book Buddies,
and earn your spot at the party!
